Process - Taping Machine

1. Load the coil onto the spindle of the taping machine. Secure the coil in place to prevent any movement during the taping process. The tooling serves as the foundation for the tape coils.

2.Start the taping machine to initiate the taping process. The taping machine will rotate the coil and guide the tape onto it according to the specified parameters.

3.End taping, once the desired number of turns or layers is reached, secure the ending end of the tape to the bobbin.

4.Carefully remove the finish taping coil from the spindle. Take care to avoid any damage to the finish taping coils during the unloading process.
