Process - Soldering Machine

1. Load the coil onto the spindle of the soldering machine. Secure the coil in place to prevent any movement during the soldeing process. The tooling serves as the foundation for the soldering coils.

2.Start the soldeing machine to initiate the soldeing process. The soldering machine will rotate the tooling and guide the coil onto it according to the specified parameters.

3.Check coil after soldering. Ensure its resistance is okay or not.

4.Carefully remove the fully coil from the spindle. Take care to avoid any damage to the coils during the unloading process.
